CompliX Ltd ("CompliX", "we", "us") operates complixai.com and the FabriK by CompliX platform. We are a data controller under UK GDPR and EU GDPR where applicable.
When you submit a demo request or register interest, we collect: name, work email address, organisation name, and any message you provide. We also collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via our hosting provider (Netlify) and analytics tools.
We use your data to: respond to your enquiry, send you the content you requested (such as sanctions alerts or white papers), and where you have consented, send you relevant product and thought leadership communications. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Processing is based on: your consent (for marketing communications and alerts sign-up), our legitimate interests (for responding to demo requests and managing our business), and contractual necessity (for platform customers).
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any right, email privacy@complixai.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk) in the UK.
We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Platform customer data is retained per the terms of the customer agreement.
